Planning & Development Committee

  • The Planning and Development Committee is considered a Council Committee and comprised of Council members. Staff from the Planning and Engineering Departments are technical resources for the Committee
  • The Committee reviews and recommends to Council all matters related to land use planning and development.
  • Reporting body for Committee of Adjustment
  • The Committee meets regularly once per month with additional meetings scheduled as deemed necessary from time to time.
